SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Methods
Feel More Human has carefully screened each of the brands and manufacturers that appear on our site. In most cases, your order will ship from these manufacturers directly to you via FedEx or UPS.
If your order includes multiple products from multiple manufacturers, you will receive separate shipments from each. We do not consolidate shipments at Feel More Human prior to sending to our customers. This structure saves time, money, resources and has a lower environmental impact since items are not shipping twice.
There are three main shipping methods used to deliver your orders:
1. Small Parcel
In order to provide fast and reliable shipping services for you, most smaller, lighter items will ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing shipment confirmation and the tracking number to periodically check on the status of your order directly through the carrier. Packages sent via small parcel carriers will typically arrive within 2-10 business days.

Freight Shipping
Larger items like furniture may ship via a 3rd party freight carrier if they are of substantial size or weight or require special handling. When an item ships via freight, it is indicated on each product's detail page when applicable under the "Shipping" tab on the right-hand side. Items that ship via freight are exempt from receiving Free Shipping, and you are responsible for paying a portion of these costs.
It is a flat rate, per order fee of $49. You will be billed separately
for this freight/handling charge. Please

Unless otherwise indicated on Feel More Human's product detail pages, items that ship via freight will be brought to the curbside only. Items will not be delivered inside your door, will not be assembled nor placed in your room of choice. It is your responsibility to transport the items into your home, unpack them and remove any packaging debris. Please keep this in mind as you schedule your delivery appointment, as you may need assistance from other individuals depending upon the size of your items.
After your order is placed and processed, you will be contacted by the freight carrier to schedule a delivery appointment (typically during M-F business hours). Please note: you must to be present on this day and time to receive the freight delivery. Please reference our
Freight Shipments section for specific information and instructions on how to receive your shipment.
You can arrange for additional services beyond 'curbside only' (transport into your room of choice, assembly, installation, packaging removal, etc.) when you are contacted by the freight company. There is a charge for such extra services, for which you are responsible.
With freight shipments, you are also required to inspect the packaging and items immediately upon receipt and indicate on the packaging and/or paperwork if there is visible damage. You may choose to refuse delivery of the item(s) only if the damage appears severe. Please reference our

3. White Glove Delivery Service
White Glove delivery service offers added protection for products while in transit and assists you with getting your items fully set up in your home. White Glove includes blanket-wrapping of the item(s), unloading them from the truck, delivery inside your home, set-up and assembly (if necessary) and removal of all packaging debris. This service is only available on certain items, which is indicated on each product's detail page when applicable under the "Shipping" tab on the right-hand side.
There are additional service charges for White Glove delivery. Feel More Human pays a portion of these costs, though we must charge for the extra services involved. Should you order a product from Modern Outdoor, you will be responsible for a $190 service fee. Should you order an item from Scrapile or Brave Space Design (when applicable), you will be responsible for a $275 service fee.
Like freight shipping, you will be contacted by the carrier to schedule a delivery appointment (typically during M-F business hours), at which you will need to be present to inspect the merchandise for any signs of damage. Please reference our

Shipping Costs
We offer Free Shipping on most orders over $100. For orders under $100, you are responsible for paying a pre-determined standard shipping cost. This is based upon the total dollar amount of your order (before sales tax and promotional discounts when and where applicable are applied).

$100.01 + Free Shipping*
*Larger items like furniture or other oversized pieces that ship via White Glove delivery or other 3rd party freight carrier are exempt from receiving Free Shipping, and you will be responsible for paying a portion of these costs.

Expected Delivery Times
We process your order within 1 business day of receiving it. Discrepancies with billing information or any other required personal data may delay shipment of your order.
Each product's detail page indicates the number of days in which the item will ship. This range is noted in the right-hand column in all caps: "THIS ITEM USUALLY SHIPS IN: 5-7 DAYS," e.g. This date range takes effect after your order has been approved and processed.
Please note: this is the timeframe in which your item(s) will leave the manufacturer's location, and not the timeframe in which you will receive your order. If the item ships via small parcel, you can expect to receive it 2-10 days after the date range posted on our site. If it ships via Freight, it may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.

Shipment Notification
After your order is submitted, processed, approved and shipped, you will be sent a shipment notification email containing carrier information (FedEx, UPS, etc.) along with a tracking number to periodically check on the status of your order directly through the carrier.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
At this time, we do not offer the ability to ship items within one order to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each delivery address.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship only to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.
