RETURN POLICY
 
 
Feel More Human makes every attempt to provide accurate, up-to-date product information so you're armed with all the right info to make a smart purchase. But we understand that you may simply change your mind and need to return an item.
 
 
You may return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling costs.
If you received Free Shipping on your order, a pre-determined shipping cost will be deducted from your refund based on the amount of your original order. All returns require authorization, so please contact us to receive authorization instructions prior to sending back your merchandise. You will receive a return authorization number and the correct address to where your return should be shipped. Your return must include this return authorization number.
 
All returned products must be in their original condition with their original packaging and postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unassembled (if applicable), unused and contain all original instructions, inserts and tags.
 
After the return is received, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. You will be refunded the purchase price of the item(s) in the same form in which you paid for it or in the form of Feel More Human store credit, less original shipping costs. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item.
 
Please note: should you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for both return and original shipping costs in addition to a 15% restocking fee.
 
 
There are two exceptions to our 14-day return policy: 
1. Custom, made-to-order items are considered final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded unless damaged upon receipt. This can include items where you've selected color, fabric, upholstery, finish, material, size and/or configuration. It also includes some handmade items.
 
When an item is considered "custom," Feel More Human indicates this in a shaded box on the right-hand side of the website page where you reviewed the product. This way, you’re fully aware of all important info before you place your order.
 
2. Opened bedding products are considered final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.

Custom Products
Some of the products available on Feel More Human are custom made-to-order, and our manufacturers offer numerous options to fit your needs. Such items typically include furniture, where you can select color, fabric, upholstery, finish, material, size and/or configuration.
 
There are other instances where items may not be customizable, but they are handmade and subject to the same return policy as "custom" products.
 
Both types of items are considered final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded unless damaged upon receipt.
 
When an item is considered "custom," Feel More Human indicates this in a shaded box on the right-hand side of the website page where you reviewed the product. This way, you're fully aware of all important info before you place your order.

Can I exchange my item(s)?
If you need to make an exchange, you will need to return your original item with 14 days of receipt, and then simply place an order for the new item you'd like.
 
All returns require authorization, so please contact us to receive authorization instructions prior to sending back your merchandise. You will receive a return authorization number and the correct address to where your return should be shipped. Your return must include this return authorization number.
 

Damaged Products
Please contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged. We will work with you to ensure your item(s) are repaired or replaced in a timely manner at no extra cost to you.
 
If your order was shipped via a 3rd party freight carrier, you will be required to inspect the packaging and items immediately upon receipt and indicate on the packaging and/or paperwork if there is visible damage. You may also choose to refuse delivery of the item(s) if the damage appears severe.
 
Should this occur, please contact us immediately so we may file the proper damage claims with the carrier and ensure your item(s) are repaired or replaced in a timely manner.
 

Order Modifications & Cancellations
Please contact us within 2 business days of placing your order should you need to cancel or modify it. If the order has already been shipped from the manufacturer, it is unlikely we will be able to cancel it or make changes. In that event, you may need to return the item within our 14-day policy and/or incur a cancellation fee. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Cancellations are not accepted on certain brands and/or products, like some furniture, oversized pieces, custom items or special order items (those with long lead times or on backorder), and these products are labeled as such on their individual product description pages.

Please note: Some furniture, oversized products and other special order items (those with long lead times or on backorder) not labeled as "custom," are subject to a 10% cancellation fee if cancelled within the 2 business day timeframe.
