Below you will find important information and instructions regarding your item(s) that are shipping via freight carrier.
Timing
After your item leaves the manufacturer's warehouse, normal delivery times are 10-21 days depending upon where you are located.
Scheduling the Delivery Appointment
You will be contacted by a shipping company representative approximately 24-48 hours before your order is ready to be delivered in order to arrange a mutually convenient delivery appointment. This is typically a 2-4 hour window during Monday – Friday business hours. You will need to be present on this day and time to receive your order.
Instructions on Day of Delivery: How to Receive Your Shipment
Your item(s) have been packaged with care from the manufacturer, but unfortunately, transit-related damage may occur. Therefore, it is imperative that you follow these steps:
1. You are required to inspect the packaging and item(s) immediately upon receipt. If there are any signs of carrier mishandling (crushed corners, holes, dents, scrapes, punctures, etc.), you must note the exact description of each carton on the physical inspection report and/or delivery receipt. Once you have noted the condition of the box(es), you can then inspect the product.
2. If upon further inspection, there is major or unacceptable levels of damage to the product, you may choose to refuse the delivery. In that instance, please sign the delivery receipt "Refused Delivery for Damage" and give a detailed description of the damage witnessed.
3. Should any damage occur, we strongly recommend taking photos of the item(s) and packaging.
4. Please contact Feel More Human immediately at the time of delivery (877-424-8626 or
hello@feelmorehuman.com) to report the damage. We will work with you to file the appropriate paperwork and determine next steps.
Refusal of Delivery & Returns
Should you refuse the delivery of your item(s)* for any reason other than damage, you will be responsible for the original actual shipping charges, actual return shipping charges, and a 15% restocking fee (of the retail cost of the item).
If you accept the delivery, and then decide to return your item(s) within our 14-day timeframe*, please contact us at 877-424-8626 or

If authorized, you are responsible for original actual shipping charges and you will be required to handle all return shipping arrangements (scheduling carrier pick-up, shipping costs, insurance, etc.). The item(s) would need to be returned to the
manufacturer in its original packaging,
with no signs of wear, use or damage. Please contact us prior to scheduling a return shipment.
*Some of the products available on Feel More Human are custom made-to-order where you may have selected color, fabric, upholstery, finish, material, size and/or configuration. As noted on the product detail pages and terms on our website, these types of items are considered final sale and cannot be cancelled, refused, returned or refunded unless damaged upon receipt.
